Déjà vu ~ the aftermath of Jack Kennedy's assassination. Now a Flaky Faker

Then waiting for truth... like waiting for Godot

I was standing topside watch when I heard the news; Kennedy had been shot. Our boat, the USS Cutlass SS478, was an old diesel submarine, mostly filled with “lifers” who were going for the 20 and out retirement plan. We’d been tied up to pier 22, our home port in Norfolk VA, doing routine maintenance on the boat.

“Hey! The president’s been shot,” passed through the boat like crabs on a Med Cruse. Orders came down for us to make the ship ready for sea.

Meanwhile, below decks, the mood was somber. A black seaman was crying in the After Battery. This was 1963, Kennedy had just stood up for him a short time ago. It seemed like the sole of our country had been hijacked. And we waited… ready for sea, but lashed to the dock and to our radio’s for the news… days, weeks… Months for the Warren Commission to tell us a fairy tail that none of us believed.

I came from a military family, knew we had to wait for shit, but usually the truth would leak down through the scuttlebutt of the day, I mean, I doubt any of us read the Warren Report. Dry as a popcorn fart, it was impossible to get through. So we did what we always did, we listened to the news.

But this time everything they said sounded like bullshit. None of us could have imagined that our own government would kill our President! But you know… it did.

I suppose the only difference now, like everything we get from government is a lie now… and it smells to me like the Warren Report… fake from bottom to top… except this time Trump got a hole in his ear… maybe, I mean, if it was a 5.56, it should have blown his ear off.

But them that say shit, also say, “if it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, then GA-damn it… it’s a DUCK!”

And that’s the Déjà vu I’m talking about. That it was a set up job, this time, NOT To Kill our Ex- President. After all, you can measure how far ahead he is in the polls, but no one is measuring how relevant a damn presidency is… Governments are killing us as fast as they can. Maybe like some of the women in his past, this could be a self inflicted womb… Fuzz
